Per-restaurant nightly cashout & tipout — pick a location
All four restaurants run the reconciled cashout: staff enter cash received and hours, and the tip
pool, reconciliation and distribution are calculated — with tip-session history on its own tab.
Each store opens its own locked URL (/cashout/<store>) — no access to other stores.
